This Tea is Awesome, I used to consistently have trouble falling asleep, but after drinking this tea, I usually fall asleep within about 15 minutes!!

I drink this before bedtime and it’s relaxing and helps me fall asleep. Taste is not bad at all!

Nighty Night Extra is what you want when you want to help yourself fall into a peaceful sleep. The magic ingredient is valarian; with other herbs to help you relax. But you should know the smell of true valarian plant is like 'stinky feet' - it isn't a tea you'd want to have brewing on a romantic evening! My husband can't tolerate the smell; honestly; like stinky feet; but for me? I put a little saucer on top of the teacup to keep the 'fragrance' away - and drink it down after it's steeped a good 5 minutes - drink it like a shot of tequila! Just before bedtime - and It Works. This is the reason one would drink this - for it's medicinal effects not for any other reason. There are no aftereffects; such as grogginess with other sleep supplements - You must steep it in order to get the right strength of tea for it to work. I have used over the years; many non medical sleep supplements; and I find this really does work. Not to be used for children.

So far so good! Mixed with my other sleep meds this product puts me out 45 -60 minutes as part of my nighttime routine! :) Calming, peaceful, aromatic

This has been a great sleep aid vs. over the counter or Rx drugs after hip replacement.

I have been an insomniac for 30 years, worked night shifts and really was a poor sleeper. Tried therapies, medications, and improved it but nothing has aided my sleep like this tea. Valerian was never palatable to me but in this mixture a perfect blend and actually pleasant to drink with a smidge of honey 2 cups in the evening and I sleep like a baby with no hangover residual the next morning. I will be drinking from now till the end!

have somewhat of a problem sleeping. was taking a tea that had more herbicides in it than tea. now drink tea that doesn't have them and it works.
