The configuration of this bell makes it an effective tool for traditional and functional exercises. Do not make the mistake of trying to compare it to a dumbbell or kettlebell. It is another tool in the toolbox. Yes, I highly recommend it. Wish it came in heavier weights.

Ergonomic and easy to use
This is a terrific design to relieve stress on your wrists and have even weight distribution! I ordered one to try it then ordered a second one to make a set.

Great Quality
I never write reviews but I’m so impressed with this product, that I had to let it be known.I honestly wasn’t expecting this level of quality, since I’m so use to the Rogue Fitness thompson fatbells at my local gym, but these definitely delivered.I only wish they went up in weight, so I could order more.

The round shape helps stability for the wrist and shoulders. I had shoulder reconstruction and currently doing pt and these are perfect!!
