These have helped me. I quit smoking around 2 years ago and went on to what most do... Vaping, anyone who vapes knows you end up Vaping more than you ever did smoking. This year I went on a trip travelling and realised some of the countries would not allow me to vape, I started out on the patches and the 4mg version of these within 4 weeks I dropped the dosage on the patches and the lozenges, now I'm just currently on the 2mg version of these, without a doubt they have helped me cut my cravings and they have a nice taste at the same time. If you're fed up of smoking and Vaping and you really want an alternative perhaps give these a try.

They only have a thin layer that is flavoured and then the most disgusting taste comes through. Don't buy I will give you mine for free!!

Didn't work as well as I'd hoped, have tried several products and this was the least effective .....but that's just me, it could work well for someone else...price was great compared to in store purchase.
