Lactation Hydration Drink Tablets Lemon Lime

It tastes alright I do put a little extra water than it calls for but it’s refreshing and does the job pretty well as advertised. It does keep you hydrated for all moms who worry about not keeping up with drinking a lot of water. And when it comes to breastfeeding or pumping it does really help. Of course you do have to keep up with feeding on demand and pumping regularly if you aren’t it will only keep you hydrated which in turn is still good. It’s definitely worth the buy.

These are the perfect hydration support for expecting mothers. I love the taste of them and helps me to drink more water throughout the day. Doesn't leave any texture in the water, it isn't fizzy and also helps a bit with my acid reflux.

All in all I think that these are decent, however, I probably won't order them again unless they take the fennel out. Some people believe that fennel helps with breastmilk supply. I can't say for sure one way or the other; the research seems a bit mixed. But there is also a possibility of negative issues with fennel, too, that I would rather not risk. I prefer to just have the electrolytes and vitamins. There isn't a huge amount of fennel, and it's probably fine, but I'd just prefer none of that. Fennel issue aside, I do like the taste of this. I have tasted both the Lemon Lime and Berry Acai and I think that both are quite tasty.

These were my favorite lactation supplements. They never caused any excess gas in my newborn and gave me the hydration boost I needed while breast feeding and pumping. They also taste great!

No difference

Definitely one of the better hydration options out there. Could definitely tell a difference in this vs others that don't have the same vitamins/minerals. Great packaging for tucking in a pocket, diaper bag, etc.

This tastes very bad. Discouraging for a mother trying to increase lactation. I would not recommend to anyone.
