Nice lamp with remote
I was using this as part of a “magical” hourglass and the base minus the fiber optics worked well. The unit as a whole was good. The remote control works up to about 10 feet which was ok for my purpose.

Perfect for an ADHD child or anyone lol
I got this for my daughter who has trouble dealing with her emotions (from ADHD), at bed time she would just cry and freak out, having this right by her bed has helped so much, when she starts to freak out I have her put on the fade mode and she just watches it and touches the bristles. It calms her down so much

Remote
It worked well for about a month. We noticed the lights slowly stopped working and wouldn't be as bright as before. The remote stopped functioning. We replaced the batteries on both items and it still did not fix the issue.

liked it until the colors stopped working
so i really liked this item at first. I bought it cause i remembered having one as a kid and really wanted a new one. I was very careful about how long i left it on cause i didnt want to kill any of the colors. After about a month of use the colors started going out. First its blue and then after a few minutes im left with just red. Another downside was the short range of the remote. But while it was still working the colors were beautiful and bright. I definitely liked being able to adjust the brightness, a major plus.

Looks and functions great but it eats up batteries
The only problem I have is that when I'm not using it I have to take the batteries out or else they will be dead within a week even if it's turned off.

Fascinating for kids
Bought this for my 12 yr old grandson who is obsessed with it. He falls asleep staring at it. Our cats are very interested in it too at times.
