I have spent hundreds of dollars on pillows. I am primarily a side sleeper and every few years I find myself waking up with a "crick" in my neck accompanied by pain and tension. I have had this pillow for only two nights and I am leaving a positive review. It is firmer than one would expect based on first appearance and the "press" test. The surface stays cool and I can sleep any which way and I am still comfortable. Definitely recommend!

I previously bought a similar pair of pillows from Sleep Innovations, but they are now either out of stock or unavailable. This new brand is a bit softer and more comfortable than the original pair. It's good for sleeping on my side or my back. The pillow cradles and supports the head and neck in a more contoured way than some harder pillows. The price is reasonable. The only difference from Sleep Innovations is that this pillow does not have a zip cover. So there is no way to wash the exterior. I suppose that one could buy a zip cover for it at extra cost.

My husband purchased this for himself but found it to be too soft for his preference. I decided to try it, and it worked well for me. While I agree it’s not as firm as either of us typically like, it still provided adequate support, and the shape retention held up nicely. Overall, it wasn’t a match for him, but it worked just fine for my needs.

Love this pillow, it softly cushions my head and still provides support for my neck.

Super soft and comfortable. Solid instead of shredded foam. Is actually cooling and doesnt go flat. I can tell a difference in my headaches and neck pain!!

Bad chemical smell, needs to air out for several days before use

I think this is the best pillow I've ever laid my head on...it was so nice I immediately ordered a second one after the first night..I had been waking up with neck cramps and headaches and figured out it was my old pillow...I've tried a number of different ones claiming this and that and they never quite hit the mark.....this pillow is a game changer..it's soft but supportive and stays cool ..it also maintains it's shape /returns to original form when you lift your head up....I sleep on my side primarily but provides good support when on my back winding down too .....I'd buy this pillow again and again

This is a piece of foam in a "cooling" pillowcase, which is not cooling and the foam goes flat. No support and no cooling. Very disappointed that you cannot trust reviews for true product information. The good part is you can return which I did.
