for a big guy who has turned 60 and doing a pull up at my age is a definite struggle, this has been excellent. The range of motion and muscle groups involved in these exercises became accessible with these assistance bands. They are high quality and do exactly what is advertised. Based on where i am in my training, i can add or take off bands and do 10-20 pull ups and feel good about the work, rather than just leaving this exercise out of my circuit training.

Used it for about a month so I can get used to pull ups, I can finally do pull ups on my own! This things a beauty, now I just use it todo burn out sets. Easy to use, makes workout easy, range of motions good, im 6'1 and it works with me, so size is good. Its pretty durable no problems.

I got this for a pullup/dip bar I bought for my room, works exactly as intended with a very clever design for adjusting the height. It took about 5 minutes of playing around to get it to work, easy enough. My only issue is that it tends to hit me in the stomach and has caused some bruising, though I'm not sure if that's just user error. But for the price, it feels like a very high quality item I would see at a gym. The bands say they're 75lb of weight each, but I have some doubts about their accuracy. But overall a very valuable workout tool for learning to do pullups.

We are enjoying this piece of exercise equipment. It appears well designed and well-made. It’s more stable than I imagined it would be. Works for me at 160 lbs. as well as 11 year old grandson at 70lbs. A perfect addition to our small gym.

Exactly what I needed. Helps me warm up and then do more Pullups after I'm spent doing body weight Pullups. It comes with a bag that holds everything and it's easy to set up and take down. Perfect for my over door pullup bar setup.

Great product supports the weight that it says. We're all big in my family and it works perfectly. It's a little uncomfortable to get your feet up, but once you get used to what you have to do, it's perfect.

These are very sturdy and the quality is there. Easy to use, however it's a little tricky figuring out how to step in for the first time. Comfortable, great length as I'm over 6 foot and these work for me.

excellent quality, everything seems to be very solid. I have no worries about it breaking while being used, which was my number 1 concern while looking for something like this.

No trae el gancho para la barra sólo un seguro. Se puede usar pero se dañará la correa mas rápido.

Es un engaño. Había comprado el mismo producto pero en color rojo con el mismo vendedor y en esta ocasión me mandaron un producto similar de pobre calidad que no se compara con la compra previa. Si pudiera colocar estrellas negativas lo haría.
