FALCAM F38 Camera Strap Quick Release Kit, Camera Holder for Neck/Shoulder Strap, Plate and Base

Received it today. Seems like a solid piece. Did not know about the accidental release lock. That is a good feature. Nice materials, Very sturdy. Is comortable to use and the camera hangs a lot better than with traditional strap. Used the Canon shoulder strap with it. Fits perfectly. Only thing that the plate is quite small so I cannot use it with my Manfrotto head on a tripod. I have to switch the plate on the camera.

Fantastic piece of kit and a great addition to my camera strap! The base plate stays on body at all times, and works well with my tripod. While the actual QR portion with two peak designs toggles stays attached to the camera strap. This allows me to switch between the traditional strap attachment locations on camera body (working well with shorter prime lenses) and the FALCAM QR attachment option (allowing longer/heavier lenses to hang naturally downward) This setup also allows me to more quickly remove the strap altogether for awkward shots in precarious positions. As an added bonus the locking mechanism stays open once the camera is removed from the QR plate, so you only need to depress the button to release it. The camera slides back in easily and the locking mechanism audibly snaps closed. Been using this for a couple weeks now and zero issues. Very happy customer! Definitely would recommend!

Just got back from a trip to the UK and Amsterdam using only a Peak Design wrist strap. This Falcam set-up will be perfect for my next trip to the grand canyon and Joshua Tree. Being able to switch my Nikon Z6 III and 24-120 F4 from my body strap, wrist, and Tenba camera backpack will make my life a lot better! Having the straps located at the base will help keep the neck strap away from blocking the controls on the upper right potion of the camera. Wish I had this set-up on my last trip!

This is exactly what my husband has been looking for. It makes things so much easier for him to carry the camera around. He’s able to remove the camera easily whenever he needs it and strap it back in with no issues.

I love this. Combined with a comparable tripod mount and backpack quick mount makes everything so smooth and easy.

This thing is great and fits my Sony a7cii fine. When the camera is mounted, it sits securely. I like that the anchor points for straps are closer together. This keeps the straps away from the camera screen in portrait or flipped open. The drawback for me is that the release button sometimes gets stuck requiring me to fiddle around to get the mechanism loose. This is still probably my favorite quick release plate system. It’s sturdy and overall very functional. I also have the Lemur strap which release pretty well but it is overpriced and too large for me.

Prefect addition to my peak designs gear! This was a much needed and well designed piece. Very handy! Highly recommend buying!

Bought this because it quick and easy to release. However it doesn't tigh at all. My camera drop while I am walking be cause it loose. Brooke my cannon lens because of the drop. I qwould never recommended.

This the newer version with one button. But still just as effective. Works well with Peak Design Anchors and neck strap and the Peak Design plates.

Ich benutze den Clip mit den Anchor Clips von PeakDesign. Somit sind alle meine Gurte kompatibel. Klein, leicht, super Handhabung! Genau was ich mir vorgestellt habe. Absolute Empfehlung meinerseits!

Handige riem maar verzeker je dat het plaatje goed vast gedraaid is.
