Excellent useful bands. DIfferent resistances. I found a web site by a trainer from NZ. Fit life after 40. Vids are first rate. Can you build muscle with bands - yes. I am doing it. This selection is exactly as shown, works well. Build quality seems fine. I also use flat bungee cords (amazon). Can you break these? yes by too much force for wrong size band. That's why the vids are so useful. These bands help stretch, avoid injury and are highly portable - use after a long drive, watching too much TV, end of dumbbell workout etc. Very satisfied, excellent buy. Watch vids, use, get results. I use as part of a normal free weight routine, warm-up and post.

Great for working out when there is not a gym available. I use them when I travel. Convenient bag for carrying.

As expected. This is a standard item of exercise equipment. Nothing extraordinary. Gives good value for the money.

I bought the orange band (15–35 lbs) for stretching and pull-up assistance, and it’s been solid. The latex feels thick and durable — no cracking or stretching out after a few weeks of use. It provides just the right amount of resistance for warm-ups and mobility work. I also like that it’s lightweight enough to throw in a gym bag. The only downside is a bit of that rubber smell when new, but it fades with time. Great overall value for the price.

Cheap rubber bands, you get what you pay for. I bought these a year ago, 3 out of 5 of them have snapped, 2 of them before the year. No warranty from what I can tell.

Les élastiques ne sont pas de la même couleur et semble delavé! Ce ne sont pas les belles couleurs pastel auquel je m'attendais je vais donc les retourner ! Je ne les ai pas tester mais ca semble acceptable
