Der Effekt entspricht auf den ersten Blick einem Mist Filter. Er macht das Bild weicher und Lichter bekommen einen "Blooming-Effekt". Im Vergleich zu einem Tiffen Black Pro-Mist Filter ist der Effekt etwas stärker. Hat man sehr helle Stellen (im Bild von der Sonner "ausgebrannt") können die schon auch mal etwas sehr ausstrahlen. Aber insgesamt ein schöner Effekt. Den Tiffen habe ich eigentlich immer drauf. Diesen werden ich geziehlt einsetzen.

While highlights truly get a foggy and blown out treatment, not even a too subtle one, details in darker areas are preserved with a barely noticeable softness which is a nice change from your usual mist filters. I highly recommend this filter to try out in foggy weather, it creates nice and ghostly scenes.

Usually I purchase k&f diffusion filters. I saw the price of this and thought that let's give it a try. It works well for most part and don't have any complaints as such considering the price. But I think it's worth mentioning that the lower level of diffusion I believe starts with 1/4 rather than 1/8. And the lack of coating unlike knf diffusion filters, gives way to some not so good looking flare artefacts when pointed at the light. But all and all, a cheap and nice filter to make everything cinematic or bloom a bit for beginners.

The filter arrived with a defective thread. The filter does not screw on completely. This is my second filter from this company , first experience was good . But this time filter came with defect
