I am super picky about vitamins and hate that horrible “vitaminy” taste. You know which one I’m taking about. I have tried everything under the sun since my 2022 VSG surgery: Chewables, bariatrics, pediatrics, and liquids, and most of them are awful. Simply awful. They either make my stomach hurt, causes nausea, have that wretched aftertaste. NOT THIS ONE!! WOW!! MaryRuth’s Liquid Multivitamin & Hair Growth liquid is AMAZNG! No horrible taste, easy to take, no stomach upset, and no nausea. The ingredients list has all good things in it. I take 2 tablespoons a day, and have been taking it a few days. No jesting here—I can feel the difference!! I feel great! More energy, better mood, just a general sense of feeling energetic and good. Because of that, and the lack of nausea, I’m going to say the absorption is pretty good. I will keep buying this and taking this because it is the first vitamin that I have taken since my surgery that feels like it’s actually working. Two big, BIG thumbs up. Great taste (for a vitamin), easy to take, easy on my belly, not so easy on my pocketbook, but inline with other vitamins I have taken. Very highly recommended.

I waited to write a review to see if I saw results. I am now on my 3rd bottle and can say that this works! My hair is no longer shedding and my hairstylist who didn't know I had been taking the vitamin commented on how healthy my hair was after not seeing her for 4 months. I cut my hair short and it has grown back quickly. I like the taste but it is sweet. It tastes better cold. It's very easy to use with just 2 tablespoons and the bottle lasts a long time. I did notice higher energy as well. The ingredients seem great and I feel the liquid absorbs better. I will definitely keep using. Keep at it and you will see results.

I wanted to wait at least 90+ days to leave a review to see how good this stuff really is and I’m a permanent buyer for this vitamin. I have Hypokalemia in my left kidney and I have tried every vitamin to help with my condition without sending me into shock, and this is perfection! It is exactly what I need! It helps me feel energized, focused and alert with no upset stomach, no stomach pain and I live with a bleeding ulcer,. I have trouble with hair growth due to lack of vitamins in my body and I needed help with the fine lines under my eyes and my under eye lines are almost gone! It’s also helped me with my stretch marks from having children and has also tightened lose skin in my belly and arms from losing 200lbs! my hair has grown so much! And there’s less breakage and hair that comes out when I brush/wash it! The flavor is so good! It taste like a fresh peach and easy to swallow! My nails are also growing long and strong! I liked this vitamin a lot and I can say that it did help with my hair growth, making the brand good quality in my eyes. It was very easy to use – you just take a dose of it (about a tablespoon) per day and make sure to keep it in the refrigerator. The taste was actually good (like peach) and the color was a light orange. I would definitely recommend this multivitamin and I’ll be purchasing another.

I’ve been using the product for over a year now. I’m very pleased with it. Easy to use. I have a 2 Tablespoon shot glass right by my coffee pot. I drink it every morning on an empty stomach. I like the peach mango taste. The consistency is thick. No side effects. My nail tech asked what I was taking for my nail growth because my nails grow so fast. My hair has grown a few inches as well. I have it on monthly subscription.

I love this liquid multivitamin...most people don't understand that you need at least 6 bottles before you see any real growth..I will be buying my 3rd one soon..taste is good..I out it in a glass of water and drink it like that...it is too expensive tho ..you only get like 15 days out of it...I'd definitely buy it more often and I'm sure other people too if the price would be like $35 to $40... I won't take a star off because of the price because it's up to me to buy this or not... Product itself is amazing 😍

Love this. I really don’t like taking tablets of multivitamins they just don’t agree with me. But taking this changed the game for me. My skin got better my hair grew longer and overall just felt better would highly recommend
