I had a flare up on my left ankle and couldn't walk without pain, at the level 8 (10 the most). After carefully placed one magnetic granule on the painful spot and left it for 7 days, I felt obvious pain relief to level 2. I then place another on my left wrist, and same relief happened. The only suggestion to the company is if they can also sell the sticky pad to hold the magnetic. The pad wears out after about 10 days but the magnetic granule is reusable.

I found these in a beauty pharmacy for tourists when I visited Japan. I was tempted to give it try. I always get neck pain when waking up no matter how many pillows I have tried. It is my stress tenses up my shoulders and I grind my teeth. I wake up in pain and headache all the time. I read the instruction that you are supposed to put 2 or more when muscle pain comes linear. I put 3 patches, from neck and shoulder, after shower. I put them on before bed then put a Salonpas on top of them to let everythingwoke over night. The next day, my pain went away by half. I could still feel soreness when pressing on those spots but not noticing the pain like before. I put on salonpas patch over it so these magnet dont get wet. Then i remove the Salonpas after shower. The magnet patches are still good

箱 結構多くの方がコメントしてますが… つぶれてましたwww 商品の効能には関係無いと思うので星 プラスマイナスは有りません。 これって磁石の再使用はダメで1回だけの使い捨て？ 箱と説明書に書いてあるのだが…で星マイナス１
