Fantastic product and clear picture HD I am very happy with this product, very easy to use

The service and help on setting up this satellite receiver was second to none. So much so I this is the second one I purchased.

Product arrived very quickly. I registered the smart card with Tivu sat and was waiting the advised 30 mins for the chanels to appear. After an hour, the screen still stated 'card not recognised' I contacted Tivu sat on a webchat who were very helpful and told me that if I could see channel 9 and no other channels, that it is a problem with the receiver's software. They gave clear instructions on the procedure with was all accessible from the receiver's remote. It takes about 1 hour for the update and works fine after. So, don't panic!

Easy installation of the decoder, for gain the signal a few quid from a trusty source and the job is done!

Excellent Humax Tivusat model that implements the Tivuon (Catchup facility) which is superior to the Channel 100 (preTivuon Catchup). Unlike my previous Humax 5600 (which also only had a single tuner) it doesn't seem to allow you to view a 2nd channel in the same group whilst recording one of that group.

Very pleased with the unit , EPG is excellent, lots of new channels have appeared, picture quality is fantastic

Tried another one but that didn't work. This is fluid, always ready and easy to use. No lacks

It is simple to use and set up ...ish My gripe is the biblical time it takes to switch on. At first I’d thought it defective.

Das Gerät funktioniert einwandfrei. Bei der Bestellung sehr skeptisch, da ich dachte es wäre nur geldabzocke. Aber sehr zufrieden. Für die Einstellung habe ich die Italienische Codice Fiscale gebraucht dann konnte ich mich anmelden. Am SONSTEN ohne Codice fiscale funktioniert es nicht

Decoder muy bueno, rápido intuitivo. Se configura solo y el EGP es muy rápido. Para un arranque rápido, sale una hoja en la caja que explica como configurarlo. Llegó con un día de retraso.

Devo innanzitutto ringraziare il venditore, di una disponibilità, professionalità e gentilezza assolutamente rare oggigiorno! Non finirò mai di ringraziare tutte le persone che lavorano nel negozio dal quale ho comprato il decoder. Ho un impianto scr e non è stato facile installare il primo decoder e trovare la configurazione giusta: continuava a mandare il messaggio di segnale debole o assente. Dopo più di un mese passato su internet a cercare risposte su newsgroup, forum, ecc e di aver contattato il negozio con varie mail, decido di restituire il tutto con la promessa di ricevere un altro decoder. D'accordo col negozio procediamo in questo senso poiché anche loro constatano che il primo decoder sarebbe stato difettoso. Arriva il secondo, sempre col corriere, lo installo, cerco la configurazione giusta, avendo l'impianto scr di cui sopra e, dopo un giorno diciamo... Di assestamento, ho potuto finalmente vedere ed apprezzare la qualità dei canali del digitale terrestre e vedere canali mai visti a casa mia. Il decoder non è semplice nella configurazione ma è molto valido nelle funzioni. Devo ancora provare le funzioni interattive, quelle su internet di tivù on ad esempio. Acquisterei un altro decoder, se ne avessi bisogno, solo per il negozio e dal negozio dal quale ho preso questo. Sono proprio dei signori, grazie ancora!
