Yes, it is three 3.17 ounce tubes. BTW, this is the best prepared wasabi I have found so far.

Why doesn't this contain any actual wasabia japonica daruma ?

Not sure why yours doesn't. Last batch I bought has some in it. There is more horseradish than wasabi, but it does list wasabi in such a way as it indicates there is some actual wasabi in it. Ingredients on the box that I have :: Horseradish, Sorbitol, Modified Food Starch, Rice Brain Oil, Sugar, Salt, Water, WASABI, Artificial Flavor, Citric Acid, Turmeric, Xanthan Gum, Artificial Color (FD&C Blue #1). So yeah, some actual Wasabi in it but just not much. The FDA is has allowed practically anything to be labeled as "wasabi" if the ingredients list as wasabi(ingredient, ingredient, ingredient). Basically like say, Chocolate (coffee, brown sugar) where Chocolate is just a term, but what is actually in the product is coffee and sugar. If you want something with more wasabi in it I would suggest the product "Authentic Japanese Shizuoka Wasabi paste 42g. Imported from Japan by Tamaruya"
