I absolutely love that these have all the supplements I look for. I don’t need to buy different supplements. No supplement is magic so you’re will absolutely see a difference if you put in the work. I’m excited I just started these today and I have high hopes! When I first seen the tablets they looked a bit big but they are so easy to swallow and I didn’t notice any taste when taking them. If you’re sensitive to taste maybe take them with some juice to help.

did anyone else’s have like cotton in it ? i opened mine up and there was cotton in there and then the tablets. that threw me off by far , and these tablets smell like chemicals so i will not be putting these in my body.

Directions are straight forward- eat with a meal and take with a glass of water. The pills are rather large, could be an issue for some, trying to swallow but not terrible I guess. But they were very chalky/lots of powdery dust on them and in the bottle. When I removed the cotton from the inside of the bottle when opening, it made a mess everywhere with the ppwdery residue. I didn't notice any particular "taste" from them. I am excited to see what happens over the next 30 days since starting them!

Pills are easy to swallow. I like them so far. I take one with each meal. Gives me more energy especially when I workout.
