Got the vanilla one (haven’t tried the chocolate yet) it tastes great and I am thankful for the added aminos. I blame the creatine for minimal tummy rumbles a little bit after eating it but it’s not bad at all and is unobtrusive. I still take extra creatine because I’m not sure how effective it is just having it mixed in. The flavor is smooth and I’ve used it plain, but mostly use it with frozen fruit, my added vitamins, and water post workout. Great for macro counting and good quality. It’s not grainy at all and blends really well. I haven’t tried baking with it yet since it’s more expensive (but definitely worth it) I try to save it for smoothies. It is sweet, but not overly so and can be used by itself if needed. Would recommend to vegan athlete friends.

Easy to mix, no nasty clumps, and a smooth flavor!

I paid about $30 for this product and this Is severely underfilled. Barely half way. Very disappointed because it does smell good. Photos are from 1/29/26, 30 min after I got from my porch. Never been used. Update 2/1/26: Was unable to return and decided to try it since I’m stuck with it. This was one of the worst protein powders I’ve gotten. Tasted like diet dirt. The scoop was huge so I used half (which bothered me since I wanted to utilize the 31g) and even so, this made my normal shake (almond milk, banana, peanut butter powder and honey) super thick and had a horrible lingering aftertaste like Diet Pepsi. The texture was like liquid sand. I’m hesitant to try it with just water only. What a waste of money.

Looking past the beautiful packaging, I was very happy to find that the product within was fantastic for me. Why? I need a lot more protein than I realized and this helps me achieve my nutritional goals without having to eat 7 tons of cooked beans every day. It also isn't going to break my modest budget. I bought the Golden Vanilla, which is delicious. The flavor is soft and creamy with no discernible grainy texture and it blends well with water, oat milk, and homemade and store-bought green smoothies as well as with coffee. All of the ingredients are easy to identify, plant-based (thankfully), and meet my higher protein and reasonably low caloric criteria for a powder supplement. Also of note, this powder is highly digestible and doesn't give me the adverse issues I've had with whey protein and supplements with xylitol. As a fan of SunWarrior products, I like having another vegan option and this Birdman protein powder quickly made its way into a top spot on my favorites list. One last thing. The scoop inside the package is large and has an ample handle. If you're familiar with the scoops that come with powdered supplements, you might have noticed skinny handles which are fine for tiny portions of collagen or creatine but terrible for a hefty scoop of larger portions. The scoop that comes with the Birdman powder is wide, allowing one to get a good grip and scoop powder without much effort. And in trying to make healthy changes in a very busy day, every detail counts. I'm a new fan.

I would say the quality of the protein is very good. It’s easy on my stomach and definitely got a good bang for my buck. it’s bothersome opening up a plastic bag full of powder, every time I close it, it shoots a cloud in the air and the taste isn’t there.

This is THE best tasting protein powder. First of all, look at the ingredients and nutrition label. Way better than anything else you’ll find, plus it has the creatine and bcaa in it? Even better. Tastes great, and it’s not grossly artificial sweet like other protein powders. I hate really sweet stuff, so I was apprehensive , but dont be! This one blows away all others Ive tried, both vegan and non-vegan. I got the vanilla, and I’m actually considering putting this in yogurts/baked goods/ and icecream. Yeah, it’s that good! Easy on the stomach and not filled with junk. No clumps when shaken or blended. No sugar jitters. No skin irritation. This is the best by far. Try it. It’s fantastic! I’m about to buy more.

I was really hopeful for this because of the nutritional profile. The protein content, the bcaas, the creatine, gut biome support - all things I want. However that taste is disappointing. I’m used to trading taste for nutritional value in the name of health but I don’t think I can bring myself to finish this tub.

De todas las proteínas que he probado, esta me ha gustado mucho. No me cae pesada y siento que sí me ayuda a recuperarme después hacer ejercicio, también he notado que me siento con más energía en mis días de entrenamiento. En cuanto al sabor sabe rico, no entiendo porque dicen que sabe mal, es una proteína no un batido dulce jaja

Llegó en tiempo y en bien cuidado, cerrado y sellado correctamente. La tomo después de entrenar, me siento satisfecha, se disuelve mejor en agua, el sabor y la consistencia son de mi agrado, he probado otras marcas y se sienten insípidas y terrosas, además de que no tienen tanta proteína, en cambio esta me sabe a malteada.

La proteína la compré para mi hermana y es ella quien me ha dado su opinión: El paquete llegó en muy buen estado, protegido con bolsas de aire, además me llegó una promoción para obtener un Shaker gratis. En cuanto al sabor, está muy bien, tolerable, sabe a vainilla y no es muy fuerte, está delicioso. Sin embargo no soy fan del sabor de la Stevia y si es algo fuerte. Al principio crei que estaría salado ya que tiene una gran cantidad de sodio, pero no está salado, sin embargo estaría bien tratarán de reducir el sodio que tiene el producto ya que es muy elevado. Se disuelve bien, es algo espeso y con ligera sensacion arenosa, frio sabe muy bien y puede combinarse con otras frutas. Es la primera vez que compro proteina de cualquier tipo, esperaré un mes para valorar mi avance y en cuanto a eso decidirme a comprar un bote nuevo. Sin embargo tengo pensando probar mas de sus productos. Sin duda la recomiendo, ya que ayuda a la digestion y no cae pesada, ademas es natural y tiene aminoacidos. Y cuenta con una buena porcion de proteina por cantidad. En general es una buena opcion de proteina muy completa. Animense a probarla!
