Our Aromatherapy diffuser bracelets are handmade, stretchy, and 7.25 in making them one size fits most. You can choose to have a middle diffuser bead (like first photo), or to have all diffuser beads together (shown in second photo). Some things to know: * The black diffuser beads are actually lava beads, which are created during volcanic eruptions. They are very light weight and porous making them perfect for diffusing your essential oil. * Lava beads are thought to be a grounding stone that strengthens one's connection to Mother Earth. It is thought to gives us strength and courage, allowing us stability through times of change. * Quartz is said to be healing and a source of power and energy * Place one drop of your favorite essential oil to one or more of the lava beads and wait a few minutes for it to absorb, just to make sure it doesn't stain clothes. Your oil should diffuse for at least a day, with most high quality oils lasting up to a week.
