great for speed and resistance training and catching birds and insects
This item is really upping the game and improving the strength and speed of my two athletic sons. They are definitely more explosive since using it. As a female, it is great for toning my thighs. If I were single, this would be a great way to attract men, because it is a great conversation starter. Buy one to find your future husband or wife.

Builds endurance!
My daughter loves running track so my husband suggested she use this to build her endurance. She has been practicing with it for about a month now, her track coach said she improved ALOT! Her times have improved, her form is better and my daughter stated she actually has fun while practicing with it! I would definitely recommend to anyone trying to improve in their running journey.

Hard for me to review...
This is kind of a difficult review. My kid wore for about 5 minutes and it caught a pretty thin branch and ripped. I will say before that happened It didn't seem like there was that much resistance for him as a 10-year-old. Plus, the band that goes around the waist could probably be a little better... more like backpack straps to keep it up higher. It's pretty cheap so it might be worth it, but just be careful that you're in an open area.

Got this to train for track and football
This is an excellent way to work on speed and agility with induced drag from the parachute. Everything folds nicely into the carrying bag that comes with it, and the waist strap is easy to adjust. There isn't any chafing from the waist strap and it has already cut my son's run time down. Highly recommend this simple, yet effective training tool. 5 Stars!

Good for the price
I bought this for my son to increase his run speed for soccer. The belt adjusts easy, snaps in place easy and the chute attaches easy--everything about it is easy. It comes in a bag that makes it very portable to bring wherever. When I first pulled it out of the bag I thought I would have the toughest time getting it back in but it took only 30 seconds to fold it up and put it back in the bag so kudos to that. The one thing I will say, my son said there was drag but not it wasn't what we were hoping for. Still, for the price, it is still good to provide some drag and improve run speed.
