Came right on time and well-packed. Really nice tasting syrup in lattes. Just sweet enough. I only used 1 pump (1/2 tbsp) in the home equivalent of a tall latte and it was only a bit milder than at Starbucks. But a whole lot cheaper and a ton less calories!! Try this: 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (heated) + 1 shot espresso + 1 pump chai syrup + 2 squirts Jordan’s skinny sauce in caramel. So good and only 50 calories!! You’re welcome 😉

I am a fan of most Torani syrup flavors, but this is not one of my favorite. It does not taste bad, it just isn't very well representative of designated flavor. I don't taste any of the flavor notes you'd expect from a chai syrup - like cardamom or clove. It has a very mild flavor that is muddied by an almost generic pancake syrup flavor. This bottle also costs $10 more than it does in a store, with the only difference being the included pump, which is worth $1-2. So this is not a great value. The label is messed up on the bottle I received (see pic), but that obviously does not affect the product inside. Lots of great Torani flavors to try, this just isn't one of them.

Taste of chai is great to me, careful not to over pump, can get strong fast! Affordable but tasty alternative instead of going to coffee shop

Very strong flavor- I love Chai Flavor but this is a little much for me. I am using 1/2 a pump and it's still a lot.

Taste is very floral to me. Not your typical chai spice. I actually threw this whole bottle away

I've been using this for my at home matcha iced drinks. I haven't used it for anything but that and it tastes delicious. The pump isn't finicky and doesn't leak.

I really like this flavor of syrup and I didn't really expect to as much as I did. It's got a really nice spice from cardamom and tastes really warm and nice. I've only put it in coffee so far and I really enjoyed it. Yes, it's expensive but I find that a lot of grocery items here are more than you might pay in a big box store. For me, it's a good value because interesting flavors of coffee syrup aren't found in my local stores, it's just vanilla and caramel for the most part. I don't mind paying a bit more for a unique flavor.
