Good quality as i thought, I buy before other brands howells smart switch, never buy this brands. Aziot quality is good, never faced connectivity's problem.

The color is not exactly white The glass part is extremely thin and flimsy Need to see the life of the device. I have another Aziot 4 module wifi switch (Not the touch ones), it is working good for long. Hoping to see this one work the same.

I’ve been using the AZIOT smart switches for a while now, and they’ve quickly become one of my favorite upgrades at home. After searching and contacting various smart switch providers, I have bought Aziot Switches for my home automation and found that my decission is very much right till now. Customer Service : Customer service is one of the best compare to other. Staff is very polite and friendly. They are having proper knowledge of product and problem solving skills on phone call. Quality / Packing : Quality of product is very good. Packing is appropriate to avoid transport damage. Installation : If you are having basic knowledge of wiring then you can install it by yourself. Configuration : First you have to install and register yourself on app. After registration process complation open the app and then only you have to switch on your smart switch for first time, app will automatically detect your smart switch and add it. Budget : It is really pocket friendly compare to other. Working Condition : After installation all switches are working fine. But I will once again give my review on its working condition. Thanks Aziot for making my home smart. Said bye bye to all tiktok switches in my home except two way switches.

Had previously received a non working module which Amazon promptly replaced. Was using the replaced one for little more than two months but it stopped working. One switch is still working but other switch isn’t. Not rated for 16A. Horrible after sales support. Tried to get support from team but they’re asking me to send product at my cost so they can run diagnostic. If it’s a manufacturing defect they’ll fix and send or send replacement for free. Warranty doesn’t cover physical, water, or fluctuation damage. So if you have any of these issues they’ll charge you for repairs, if it’s serviceable. Otherwise you’ve just wasted your time and money buying and then sending it to be repaired. In my opinion for this price range the product should come with protection against these aforementioned issues and the warranty should cover any and all issues for a full year. I would not recommend buying this product as firstly it’s not durable. Light fluctuations can stop the switches from working and sometimes it becomes unresponsive. I have had to turn off and on the circuit breaker in the past to reset the device. Secondly the front is quite delicate. They do not use tempered glass and the technician begged me to properly wrap it up before sending it back as it can break in transit. He even asked me to get on a video call while wrapping it up to ensure it is done correctly. Thirdly the headache of installing it, speaking with technician regarding the problem, then removing it, etc is not worth the effort for something that should be a one and done solution. My recommendation: there are better products to choose from at the same price point. I like most Aziot products as I own quite a few of them but I am quite disappointed with this one. In fact, I was quite impressed with the company and was considering buying the fan switch/regulator module but have decided against it after this experience. I would have written a glowing review if they had sent me a replacement without making me go through this whole rigmarole.

Schedule switching, Alexa integration, stylish Touch point, overall good. Fixed in Hi-Fi switch plate. Using since June 2025. will try to update performance later. In shaa Allah.
