I took this, per the instructions, for the full 10 days. I didn't notice much in terms of changes other than that I was super hungry all the time while I was taking it. I'm going to purchase a second bottle and try again to see if there are any noticeable changes this time around.

If your going to get on this please take it seriously. Don't eat sugar filled foods with it or highly processed food or alcohol. I was very excited to receive this product. Thinking it would help with my constant bloating and uneasy feeling. Boy was I disappointed!!! I took these pills as instructed, 2 pills 3x a day with absolutely no change in my bowel movements or bloating. I thought maybe it would take a few days but before you know it I was completely out of pills with no relief. I’ve took other cleanses before, some good, some not so good but they all manage to clear out the backup. Beyond disappointed with this product, I fill like this was a complete scam!

I order a bottle every 6 months to do a cleaning especially if you eat a lot of processed foods The 1st time buying i felt great I actually did research on parasite cleansings So I decided to not eat much to starve any if I had any I actually didn't eat for the 1st 2 days taking these and when I say I felt refreshed I love these pills it's better if you do a diet light eating yo no eating while taking them and plenty of water

I recommend taking this once the first dose. Then twice the second day. Then 3 times a day on day 3 and the next 10 days. It will ease the sick feeling you get by day 4-5. You will see your little buddies in the toilet by day 3-5. Depends on the person. Make sure you drink as much water as you can choke down. The more water you drink, the better you’ll feel through the detox.
