Nice a quiet. My son didnt really mind it at all. Made it easy to cut his hair. The guards were just what i needed. Like that it comes with a cape even tho he will not use it. Its lightweight but works really well.

I was absolutely at my breaking point with what to do for my severely autistic son’s haircuts. We tried so many different clippers, scissors and all kinds of techniques, and he would scream and kick any and everyone involved in trying to help him through the trim. I bought these based off of another special needs kids mom on here thinking, ah yea right they probably won’t work for my son. Let me tell you-these are MIRACLE clippers!!! My son literally grabbed them out of my hand and put them to his head and did not shed one single tear!!! I’m not sure if the cute characters and color made him feel more comfortable, the fact that they aren’t scary looking and are chord less I think helps. They do still have a buzzing sound but he did not seem to mind at all unlike other clippers we have tried!! Would give more stars if I could! These have literally changed his entire meltdown from haircut time to him actually enjoying it! Money well spent!!!!

These clippers are working really well for us. My boys are 6 and 7 and really struggle with haircuts so a quieter option has been great. The guards are really easy to get on and stay on well which is an issue I’ve had with past similar clippers. The charge lasts a pretty long time and honestly, my husband is loving it too! The guard sizes are a little different than standard so that was one thing to adjust to and figure out.

It doesn't have a loud sound, it helped me cut my hair when my baby is sleeping. It has a good battery, I've only charged it once and I've used it about 4 times, it's a good size, it's not big or heavy

My 3 year old autistic son has alopecia and as a result, we have to shave his head often. It has always been such a struggle for him due to his sensory issues and then also so hard for us to have to put him through this - he gets extremely worked up. This item made hair cuts so much easier - of course it’s still hard but so much better than it used to be because these clippers are much quieter. He tolerates them much better and is happy as soon as we are finished (before it used to ruin his evening). Thank you!

These clippers are fantastic for kids with sensory issues and find having their haircut in a salon overwhelming. My 3yo son screams and cries hysterically having his haircut in a salon. I purchased these to cut his hair myself at home to see if it would make a difference. He did not cry or scream at all! He sat down and let me cut his hair without a fuss. He was a little unsure when I started, however I could not believe how calm he was having his hair cut. The clippers naturally vibrate and make some sound however they are not as bulky and heavy as proper hairdressing clippers. They are good for young kids with finer hair. Highly recommend these to anyone wanting to try an at home haircut for a child that struggles with salon haircuts.
