I ordered this disney cinderella doll and it said new. It's very damaged. I'm very disappointed.

Hair was partially undone, and brushed. Strong unpleasant smell.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son's 5 year old classmate. She was very delighted to receive it and although she didn't open it up at the party, I'm sure that it was fine. I'm not so sure she's even going to open it up to play with it because it was so pretty, she may just keep it in the box as a collectible.
