Tumella 9-Rib Bundle Moonlight & Interstellar

The umbrellas are great, and the customer service has made me a Tumella devotee for life! We ordered 2 of these, and found them to look good and function just as described. But one of them inexplicably stopped opening and closing properly within a few months of purchase. Though I didn’t have high expectations, I figured contacting the company was at least worth a shot, given the Lifetime Warranty advertised. To my surprise, I heard back within hours - from an actual person and not just an automated response. After answering a few quick questions, I had a replacement umbrella on its way to me and I received it less than a week after I first reached out to them! Gen was not only incredibly helpful and prompt, but also friendly and personable. I HIGHLY recommend Tumella!

Not as big as picture makes it out to be but good quality

Sturdy, color was nice. Its wind resistant seems like it would not easily break in heavy winds. It’s not very large so that helps with the structure of the umbrella. My only complaint is that it’s hard to close my hands were wet from holding it and they kept slipping off the handle when I tried to shut it. I had to press it against my chest to close it. It’s definitely harder to shut and secure than any umbrella I have ever owned. I bought two, one for my child. There will be no possible way he will be able to close it.

Great size, full coverage on a rainy day. Unique design makes it easy to spot and not get lost. Collapsing it to compact size takes muscle. Hopefully with usage it will be easier to collapse.
