I love using this mouthwash because my teeth are visibly whiter and feel so clean. It is also free from sugar and the type of sugar that is in it, is actually a helpful ingredient to stop plaque formation. I study about oral and dentistry care a lot, so you can trust my opinion. It is best to use cold in my opinion because it is refreshing and preserves the ingridients better. I leave it near my window sill to get cold but if you love in a hotter country, you can put it in the refrigerator.

This is great stuff. I do get gum ulcers/blisters sometimes but haven't had any since using this. Also seems to be good for keeping tonsil stones at bay. Wouldn't say it keeps your breath lasting fresh, but I don't suppose that's the main aim

First and last time using a hydrogen peroxide mouthwash, immediately left with canker sore under tongue after stopping use of this, have never experienced any in my entire life, avoid.
