The pans are two different sizes. Made white bread dough for a 2 pound loaf and sectioned off 1/3 of the dough for the smaller pan. I used the remaining 2/3 of the dough in the larger pan. Baked my bread according to my recipe instruction inside the pans with the lids on and they came out perfect. The pans were easy to clean. I did butter my loaf pans and the bread slid right out! Love this product and was impressed with the color on the bake. Definitely worth the price ( and then some! )

This pan is the handiest little thing, doesn't stick. I put the lid on for the final rise when I put it into my dough stable temperature oven, and it comes out perfect every time. Love the sourdough loaf.

Everything is great as far as quality , construction etc. I didn't read the description very well and the picture doesn't do justice to how small they are . 1 is almost 5 by 9 other is half that like Ritz cracker size. I believe the title or secondary description should list the size right off the bat

I finally used this for the first time and it worked perfectly! Some of it overflowed from the lid but that was my own fault for over proofing the dough. The bread didn’t stick to the pan and turned out perfectly cooked! I also love the smaller sized one.

Great baking pans, easy to clean and no flaking of the pan's material during baking.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This works so well for making sandwich loaves. My only issue is that some of the coloring is come off. Ease of cleaning: Very easy to clean. Bakeability: Even bake with no stick-age
