Stress B-Complex with Vitamin C and Zinc Tablets, 75 Count

In this modern day world, and our foods more & more created in a lab, GMO made, soil depleted; we all need to learn to supplement with vitamins, minerals and learn to eat to live, not live to eat! NatureMade makes excellent products and this is no exception. If you do nothing more to stay healthy; make sure you atleast get your daily B vitamins, they are like the little dudes running around our systems trying to help keep us healthy in a world of GMO "foods" processed crap from big box grocery stores, fast food take outs, that for me atleast, is truly something my body resents; I dont eat stupid. (I am a cancer Survivor, and study, study, study how to never go through that again)...and my daily regime IS making sure I put the right "foods", including my vitamins, minerals, etc into my body every single day. cancer; sucks. Eat right, think smart; and remember that your body is like a sports car; give it the right fuel; and it will become a classic runner; give it NO help; and welp; its going to be a "should'a, "could'a", and "would'a". Its easier to just take care of yourself, and that includes making sure you have those soo important B vitamins, especially in this type of stress-filled world.

I was advised by my primary care doctor to take a vitamin B complex supplement since my B12 was low. After searching and price-shopping I found Nature Made Stress B Complex to be my best choice. I can find Nature Made at reasonable prices here and at a local grocery store that frequently sells Nature Made supplements BOGO, Nature Made products are independently tested and verified and more than one of my doctors have recommended this particular brand. Nature Made actually offers 4 different B Complex supplements, but of the other three, Time-Release B-100 does not supply 100% of the various B vitamins but with usually 100mg, which is 5 to 66 times the US RDI , Super B offers only a few of the multitude of B vitamins, and the plain B Complex again offers only a few B vitamins, but this one has those few in high doses again.

Like the stress B, it seems to calm me.

If I could judge a vitamin’s potency based off the uncoated tablet’s taste alone, then I KNOW these are working. During these uncertain times, I’m accustomed to sometimes waking up with anxiety, overthinking, worry and stress. These definitely help take the edge off. The con is that these taste awwwwful! And for them to be so large, they are tough to swallow. I’ve resorted to pinching my nose and throwing them back with a huge swing of juice or soda to mask the taste. Your gag reflex will be tested! But the reduced anxiety makes it worth it.

I have tried other brands of Multi B vitamins. No luck. This specific blend of B is higher dosage then many, and if you don't need the higher amounts look else ware. But I read labels for amounts, and this blend works for me. I stumbled on these while in the military and they work great for energy. Coffee only goes so far....these helped and provided other vitamins that military food may not always carry. One warning, when taking these as your body gets its nutrient levels up, your body will release excess B vitamins via urine. You may see a color change, I consider it a sign that my body is up on its levels.

I take these to help with stress. It is just a vitamin B that gives you energy and a little better sense of well-being. I take a lot of vitamins. It makes a difference when i don't take them in the morning. I feel more sluggish during the day. So i like them and think they are worth the money.

I really need this to help me with my exercise. I don't absorb vitamins really well, so some things I need to take more of. I appreciate this because of the vit. c and zinc. This is a much easier way for me to take zinc, and it is good to have something support your immunity as you stress your body getting back into shape. No tummy aches with this, as long as I take with at least milk, as opposed to me taking straight zinc. When I take just zinc, I have to eat heavy just to handle it. I can't spend my life eating half a pizza just to take zinc, lol! Rediculous!

I take one everyday and I never get sick. The rest of the family will get colds and I never do. it's my little miracle vitamin. I've been useing it for a couple years now and I love it.
