Installations may be a bit tricky as the sliding part may chip apart, but it does its job perfectly when it's been installed. My back doesn't hurt anymore :) Wonderful product. Affordable and quality guaranteed!

I purchased this product because it was an affordable replacement option for my Herman Miller Aeron (B) lumbar support. Upon taking it out of the box I noticed it was very hard and stiff. The original that came with my chair was much more flexible and squishy to the touch. I decided to give it a try and install it on the chair. It was difficult to slide onto the rails on the back of the chair and 2 of the teeth broke off upon a very gentle installation. Upon sitting in the chair the I discovered that the lumbar support protrudes into the mesh fabric of the chair at a very uncomfortable angle and I almost immediately installed my old broken one back onto the chair. At the end of the day, you get what you pay for and this was a cheap replacement for an expensive product. If the manufacturer modified the design slightly for a better fight and changed the material this would be a great cost effective replacement, however, in it's current state and design I will promptly be returning it.

You do need to slide it on delicately but once on it holds well and provides good lumbar support.

The lumbar support pad fit the chair and was easy to install, but a small piece of the plastic ribbing broke off during the install. IT doesn't accept the use, but shows to me the quality is just adequate.

Bought for Herman Miller Aeron chair. Chair did not have one. First one broke upon installation (attachment rings failed) replaced within a week, installed and works as intended. A little firm, perhaps will break in a little? Customer support was excellent.

This lumbar support works just a well as my original one did but that one sadly wore out after about 6 years of use. It's hard to say if this one will last 6 years but it absolutely seems to be going strong after a week. Only downside so far is it's a little easier to move up and down on the supports than the old one. So it's possible to "wiggle" it out of place. So far it keeps me comfortable for 12+ hours a day in my Aeron.

When I first purchased this lumbar pad, it attached to the chair properly although it felt unusually hard compared to the OEM pad. I attributed the hardness to just a temperature thing, as it was cold outside when the pad was delivered. However, after about a week, the plastic hooks began to break off several at a time. I sat in the chair the way anyone normally would, and since I weigh about 155lbs I doubt my weight was a factor. Unfortunately, the product I received was defective, and judging by some of the other reviews, this seems to be a fairly common issue. Pictured above are how the hooks actually broke off from the rest of the pad, they seem to be made of a very brittle plastic material. Overall, would not buy again.
