Best quality salt
Took a while to arrive but worth the wait. Ordered as James Martin stated best salt and he wasn’t wrong. Brings out flavour of food . Highly recommended

Chemical smell inside the tub
Packaging had a toxic chemical smell inside which put me right off eating and enjoying this salt. Presume some of the glue adhesive used on the cardboard wrap around pot, or the print perhaps. Taste okay but nicer sea salts are available imo. Not for me.

Ich dachte immer, Fleur de Sel ist nur Show. Am Ende ist doch Salz einfach nur Natriumchlorid. Ich habs aber trotzdem mal ausprobiert und ich muss sagen, dass dieses Salz schon einen Unterschied auf einem guten Stück Fleisch macht. Keine Ahnung, ob sich das nur im Kopf abspielt, aber das ist ja letzten Endes auch egal. Auf mein Fleisch kommt nur noch dieses Zeug... fürs Nudelwasser ist es natürlich zu schade :-)

I love cooking with this salt! Love it in cookies or savory dishes. It is very expensive, i can't afford steak but this elevates almost every dish i make and seems worth it. Try it!

Dieses Salz ist ein ganz ganz wunderbares, mild, aber trotzdem effektiv. Ich hatte einmal einen "Streuer", aber den gibt's nicht (mehr) hier.
