After recently visiting with one of my healthcare providers it came to my attention that perhaps I should be taking fulvic acid. I have taken it for about a week and although I only have noticed a slight different in my energy level at this point I do already notice a huge difference in inflammation reduction. I have had an ongoing problem with my lower back for about eight months and have had multiple treatments that have helped some but not totally taken away the pain. I have noticed in just a few days that the nagging ache has abated. The only other issue I might suggest is that it does seem to cause some heartburn. But the liquid itself has no flavor or scent even though it is not a pleasant color. I will continue taking it to see what the long-term results might be. Initially I am pretty happy with this and feel like I am doing something that benefits my body.

I ordered this for my sister to enhance absorption of her iron supplements and hydrate her skin during menopause. She doesnt jeep a close eye on her skin so I can't attest to more than slight observations of possible improvements there. She did notice intense increase of dreaming and unusual dreams, she has not had any negative effects from her anemia since beginning. Her heart has not been fluttering as it had before. This is working as I had hoped for her. The drawback is the grainy feeling she experiences, The amount she has to consume makes this not as cost effective when other brands have more concentrated mixes. Overall... It works...I plan on finding an alternative for her without the texture issue. Update: my sister and I use a different brand that is much smoother and palletable as well as higher concentration. We now use BioFulvic brand and we like the glass bottle as we both disliked the HDPE plastic bottles that had the dark liquid in them, it did feel eerie and gross and reminded me of laxative bottles. There are no grains or texture issues with the Biofulvic brand and we can get free shipping and a big discount when we combine our purchases unlike here. Its more expensive but overall feels like we get better value. My sister takes half a dose of our currebt brqnd for maintenance. Her post hysterectome issues are no longer and issue and she says she sleeps incredibly well using the new brand with no night time bathroom visits.

I use this regularly and opportunisticly. Don't expect to see any dramatic changes or results. I use so many supplements it's hard to tell. But this is healthful and I do feel stronger since using it. I will continue to use it as a part of my diet.
