Best intra workout drink
I've been looking for a zero-sugar hydration option and this is it. The Ice Current flavor is really refreshing, not overly sweet or artificial tasting. I drop one in my water bottle before I hit the gym, and it gives me a clean energy boost without the jitters. It also helps me stay hydrated and prevents those mid-workout cramps. Love that it's gentle on my stomach too. Definitely a new favorite!

Overhyped reviews and okayish taste
Not something i would like to drink often as per the taste. Plain water is more thirst quenching than this. Also no any additional energy boost or refresh feeling is seen during intra workout...
