Perfect scales. Not too large, look great on my Kitchen worktop. Love the colour perfect for weighing out ingredients. Delighted with my purchase. Salter is an excellent make and I highly recommend these timeless mechanical kitchen scales.

Small and compact doesn't take to much space up nice design and good quality.Nice and sturdy only one thing the numbers are quite small so may not be good for anyone with eyesight problems.

Well made and very functional

It looks and works fine but the increments are so small it is very difficult to work out the correct weight if you have aging eyesight like me! Should have gone for the 2kg version so not so many increments to deal with. Otherwise lovely looking scales and works as expected.

These scales are very smart and are easy to adjust. The metal pan is a very useful shape, as it prevents spills. The scales are quite small, therefore, not taking up lots of room in the kitchen. I love the subtle green. Colour. The dial is easy to read and they wipe clean without much effort.

Rubbish quality. Broken on arrival. Such poor quality - no hope of me fixing it. Avoid if you can.

Neat, clear easy to read face, looks nice

Disappointed to find the needle won’t set to zero, and I cannot get it to move. Poor quality.

Really pleased with this Salter mechanical scale. The large dial is very easy to read, the bowl is a nice size and dishwasher safe, and the whole unit feels sturdy on the counter. I mainly use it for baking and the measurements have been consistently accurate. Simple, reliable and no batteries needed. great value!
