I received this pancake mix in a gift basket and immediately had to find more! I have never been one to like blueberry pancakes, but this stuff is great. The only downside is that it is pretty expensive!

Blueberry Waffles,and Pancakes
They were wonderful both ways. Our Maine property has a field of the smaller blueberries. Sometimes we buy them here in California but they lose their texture and sweet taste. This pancake/waffle mix is used in both states by our families!

Great tasting for better ingredients
I'm always looking for a breakfast option that's both good and still somewhat better for you. This is it! We've made both pancakes and waffles with this mix, and they both turn out great. There's better ingredients than other mixes like whole wheat flour (not bleached!), real blueberries, etc., so I feel much better about serving this to my family. A bit pricey, but can sometimes find a deal/discounted price. Will be trying their other mixed soon! Have always loved Stonewall products--gotten them before at Macy's and specialty cook's stores.
