We use this timer to help my 5-year-old keep track of how much time he has before the next thing (bed time, screen time is done, etc.). It is easy to set. It charges with a type-C charger (included). We bought it a few months ago and have only had to charge it twice. We use it daily. Pros: There is an on/off switch that can help save battery life when you aren't using it. There is a light that turns on when it is on and time is set. It has light mode (blinking light with no sound) and sound mode. There is a "quick off" button on the top to silence the alarm. It has a silicone "case" around it that keeps it from slipping off of surfaces. My son learned how to set it himself, so if I say "12 minutes" he knows where that is on the timer. Easy to see the rainbow that shows how much time is left from across the room. Cons: My son has figured out how to change it to silent if he wants to trick me into extra time. Now I put it up where he can see it but not reach it when it is set.

This is a great timer for kids who need a visual reminder of time. The build quality is great, sturdy, dial moves freely both forward and backwards, the ticking isn’t too loud, the signal is loud but not irritating like how those old school alarm clocks can sound. There’s a little light that flashes at the top when the time is up. I like that it’s magnetic so I can put it on the fridge when not in use and it’s rechargeable. The colors are simple and not too bright. When you set the time it’s a little cloud and rainbow ribbon that moves so it’s easy to see as the time counts down.

I work from home and am frequently in online meetings. This helps me keep track of time when I’m sharing my screen and helps me get back to my desk when we are taking a 10 minute break. I like that the alarm is electronic and beeps until I turn it off - and also flashes light. When I’m not using it, it’s an esthetic deck accessory.

Works great for what I needed it for (bedtime timer mostly). It looks as pictured and magnet holds well. The battery seems to last a long time also. Only thing is that the timer isn’t completely accurate (a little slow, maybe by minutes?), but not a huge deal breaker. It does slow down more when the battery is close to dying. Otherwise, great!

Updated review: A few months after I posted the original review, the seller reached out to me to send a new unit or offer a refund. The new unit is working well. I appreciate that the seller made it right and sent a new unit. Five stars! Original review: My family really enjoyed this timer, but it stopped working after just 4 months (even when I charge it overnight). I cannot return it and I am only given the option to troubleshoot (which is not helping), so I hope the seller will make it right so I can update this review with 5 stars.

Worked fine until it didn’t. Just stopped working for a few months and just stopped one day. Too late for return but wish it wasn’t. Cute, but broken. Wouldn’t recommend.

I loved using this timer to focus better at work and for my toddlers with time management skills. However, when I needed to charge it, it wouldn't charge. I checked the charging cord and it works well for other devices, but not the timer. I'm guessing the timer was defective. It holds a long battery because the first time I needed to charge it was past the 30-day guarantee.
