I received my order 20 days ago, and, Alhamdulillah, I am satisfied with the quality. I had doubts before making the purchase because I read a review stating that the seller sells used items since the box was opened. Indeed, the seals were broken on one side because the seller included a gift case. In my case, the tablet was new, and I can recommend buying this product from this seller.

The device does not turn on anymore. Used for just 7 months. Please share how can I claim the warranty. Awaiting to hear from you. Thank you

Buena tablet, la compre para mi segunda hija que la igual que la primera es muy movida y les pongo las tablets en el coche en algunas ocasiones (se que no es lo ideal) para viajes largos. No es especialmente potente pero para un uso doméstico básico es buena, funciona, y tiene un precio asequible, compré una segunda unidad para mi uso personal unos meses más tarde.
