The product which has been received today is functional but one plastic water bottle and one scrapper is missing in the package.Further the swivel handle does not rotate 360 degrees.The colours of the mop as mentioned in the product details do not match.The picture and the description as mentioned in the web site is misleading.

I received product yesterday and unpacked today. Please note, it has shortages in quantity: 1 pc short of mop fabric and one pc short of bottle. I am using product with rest of attachments but it would be great if I get shortages directly.

Je viens de recevoir mon balai Pulvérisateur en espérant ne pas avoir à le retourner car il est arrivé dans un carton explosé et déchiré. Le balai est facile à monter, simple d’utilisation et je l’ai essayé de suite il fonctionne parfaitement, j’espère que ca va durer. Il est tres léger, bonne hauteur. Il y a deux bouteilles et 4 tampons microfibres qui se placent et se retirebt tres facilement

La mola en general esta bien pero el mango es corto unos 20 cm más largo sería perfecto

This mop/floor cleaner is awesome! I've had others in the past, including big well known names, and they've all fallen short on usage. This gem is great! It's simple and easy to use and it works a treat! Easy to put together, the mop heads actually stay in place once attached while you're mopping (something others have failed on (even on expensive steam cleaner types, I've had mop heads/covers slip off or wrinkle badly during use). The spray works perfectly, providing just the right level of "dampness" to swish away even dried muddy paw prints on our laminate flooring (there have been a LOT of muddy paw prints during the aweful wet weather we've been having!) Once a head is dirty, just peel it off (give it a scrape with the handy comb - more on that in a minute) and bung the pad in the washing machine. They wash up like new and are ready to go again. Getting 4 in the kit means I'll probably not need to buy any new ones for a very long time = bonus! Now for the little comb tool... anyone with dogs or cats will know just how annoying it is when your mop head gets clogged up with stray hairs (even if you hoover first, there are always some lurking - even with short haired dogs/cats). This handy tool (which you can keep clipped to the handle, neatly out of the way until you need it (and so you don't lose it) will help you get all that stuck hair off your pad - something that is really helpful before putting used pads in the washing machine! It's a simple concept - just a shaped bit of plastic really (and other mops might have similar devices/tools attached) but it's the first time I've had one and it makes me very happy! It's sooooo satisfying to get all that hair off! The multi-directional head is great too! Easy to tilt and turn while cleaning and then you can tilt the head on it's side while not in use to dry out in situ - taking up less floor space and sparing your toes if you (like me) often wander about in your home with bare feet. The overall mop, even when the bottle is full of cleaner is lightweight and easy to manage (great for my bad back!) You don't have to put a huge effort into it to get a decent result out of it - long gone are those achey arms and shoulders and sodden floors caused by hoofting a mop and bucket around! I can't believe I'm so impressed by such a cheap basic product - but it does EXACTLY what it is supposed to and that brings me some cleaning joy! I think you can guess - I definitely recommend this floor cleaner to anyone with kids or pets and hard or laminate flooring!

After the spray mechanism on higher-priced mop began to fail, I looked for a light weight option with good reviews. I’m very careful with my purchases and rely on customer ratings and reviews to assist me in selecting products and so I chose this mop. It comes with two bottles to allow you to have different cleaners in each so you can use one cleaner on one type of flooring and easily change to the second bottle with a different cleaning product for other types of flooring. The mop also came with two cleaning pads which are securely held in place and do not come loose when mopping. I’ve had it a few weeks now and I’ve had no issues with the spray mechanism malfunctioning or with the bottles leaking.
