Nice- I bought this to use in cake making for the geode effect. Used some food colour and dyed it amethyst colour and it worked really nicely alongside some cracked sugar glass

Very good for tea or slow preserving for flavor. Just add to garlic and put it in a jar. You have systems for flavor. You can add cinnamon sticks and do the same for intense flavor.

I like the product, but bought this in error. I was looking for the amber and beet rock sugar and I purchased this in haste, my fault. On a good note, this tastes great in my coffee. I mixed it with some amber rock sugar. Winning combo!
