A woman's health benefit
I just started taking Pure Encapsulations Folate 400 less than a month ago, after it was recommended to me by a friend. So far, so good! A Reliable brand of the B6 Vitamin, read why...
The Pure brand is very reliable in my opinion. I take L-5 MTFH which is the 'broken down' version of folic acid. The B vitamin "Folic acid" is CRUCIAL -especially for pregnant women. However, if a person has a defect in their MTHFR gene , it' means he/she cannot process folic acid in both food and supplements . I read around 20% of people has as a defect in their MTHFR gene which can increase a woman's risk of having a baby with birth defects. I know, for it happened to my baby son who is now an adult and still struggles.

Tremendous Supplement
Tremendous product. I’d suggest only taking 1/2 capsule a day and taking it with B12. Highly effective in raising folate levels.
