i had been noticing thinning hair (my hair has never been a thick mane but fine strands and a lot of them per my hairdressers in the past) but the last year or so i have noticed such age related thinning. lots of hair in the sink and in brush. so, about 6 months ago, i started to take these. it took a while (nothing happens over a few weeks) but first it was my nails which were fine and now i have to trim! they look amazing. my hair has definitely thickened and i may notice a strand in the sink (i have short hair) and not much on my brush. I've been very happy with these easy to take, delicious gummies.

I'm honestly not sure how to write these, I personally haven't noticed a difference with my hair but I know that vitamins are tricky as if you're taking them for a long period of time usually you have to in order for you to get results that is due to gradual changes. That said if I were to stop taking them I would probably be able to give a better review based off of how well they work. What I can say about them is that they taste really good! I'm very picky but also I noticed that gummy vitamins sometimes they have a weird taste or flavor to them there's not many Brands out there that cater to certain flavors and this one does and I really like them so if anything they're good little fruit snack LOL. I hope they help but I'm not sure to tell you the truth.

Good choice for hair and nail health

I have always had very thin hair and you could see my scalp through it, like unintentional partings all over. I've tried tons of hair vitamins in varying price ranges and tons of homeopathic solutions too, and nothing has worked like these vitamins! I was a little hesitant because the vitamins I've previously tried that had Biotin in them had made my body hair super thick and black, and I have very pale skin so it looked awful, but I have taken these vitamins for 2 months now and thankfully have not seen this side effect. What I HAVE seen is new growth all over my scalp, and my hair is visibly fuller and looks/feels thicker. It is even growing faster than normal, which is definitely an achievement for me! When people look at my head from above or from the sides now, I only have the one main parting that I combed into my hair myself, it makes me SO happy! One little piece of advice, like a lot of supplements, these take about a month of regular use to show any results, so if you don't see anything with your first bottle, do give them a chance with another before you fully decide if they are a good fit for you or not and make sure you are taking them as directed without missing doses if you can. I didn't see a difference till my 4th or 5th week taking them, and it was well worth it!

I was excited about these. What I somehow overlooked was that a serving is 2 gummies, (6 GRAMS of Sugar). That makes this a 30 day supply. I think that is roughly .70 cents a serving if you have prime, give or take, with tax etc. So it's just okay as far as being economical. Four grams of sugar is equal to one teaspoon. (These have 6 grams per serving) which taste delicious as far as taste and texture, but it's like taking 1.5 teaspoon of sugar. If you are on the currently popular keto diet, then these are pretty much 20-25% of your total carbs for the day. Things I like is that they are on prime, they are in coconut oil. They have natural dyes and fibers. The are gluten, preservative free, and vegan. Dairy, milk, eggs, soy, peanut free. Lemon, orange, cherry flavors are great, like candy. They are like candies with Biotin in them, basically. Hope this helps.

These taste so good it’s hard to only eat the recommended dose; 2 Gummies/Day. Note to parents with small children: I wouldn’t leave these out where a child could reach the bottle; they are that tasty; Easter Candy tasty!!! I bought this for Hair, Nail, and Skin health related to the Boiten and Coconut Oil. Over the first week of taking the Irestore Gummies, I noticed my skin was less dry, rashes resolved, and my scalp doesn’t itch anymore! My fingernails and toenails are still a little brittle; so, time will tell if my nail health improves; it’s to soon for a report on Hair Growth at this point. My hair Does seem thicker and softer already, (I don’t use cream rinse), and my skin is really softer, shockingly so, without any significant diet changes except consuming more water 64 0z/Day usually. I have Eczema; so no Eczema patches were formed when I started the product, but my overall skin dryness disappeared amazingly fast though over one week of supplementation! A+ so far.
