Like most previous reviews I had a very difficult time getting to set up the account with the app. I was very frustrated because I was doing everything according to the instructions and it would not take. I set it aside for a few minutes. I thought I’d come back to it and try again but my attendance band was not allowing me to attempt a second time I continue to read further reviews and it seems like this is something that is rare Airlie happening to most people I’m hoping that maybe the company reaches out to me and helps me because if not I’m going to have to end up returning it. I did purchase purchase it here on Amazon and perhaps I would’ve rather have spent a few extra dollars and purchased it at target or Walmart and maybe I would have better luck, but I was surprised that when I took the box it was all discombobulated and destroyed And the app is not working, so I am quite disappointed

First thing, you can't use this product without downloading their intrusive app. That is infuriating. Plus, if you don't test on the exact dates they tell you, the app won't let you record a result. Then you have to wait until you do all five tests to see what they mean. That is annoying. If you do not enter other factors, they won't tell you anything. It definitely looks like ClearBlue is using the data of the users on the app to track people's menstrual cycles and symptoms to sell or use for other privacy invading activities. Otherwise, why would they insist on you using an app, only allowing you to enter a test on their schedule and only if you give them other private information on the app. Finally, once you do get a result, you find out it is not very reliable. They could simply put instructions on a written insert or tell you on a website. You can't get any information without the app and without doing things exactly like they want. It is not as if timing or any of the factors they require are critical to the diagnosis. The whole thing is a big guess. TOTAL WASTE OF MONEY and probably a privacy scam.

I liked having this to use at home to help clarify where i was at in the journey. But please read the directions because you don’t need that much urine. If you oversaturate it, you will get a messed up test. My first test was that way (it showed no results at all, not even a control) Upon reading further, it states you either urinate on the stick for up to 5 seconds or dip for 5 seconds if you urinate in a cup. So my first test was a complete fail. But the other tests were spot on. I am in menopause and have had my levels tested by my doctor and now currently getting treatment for symptoms. There are 5 tests in the pack. Easy to read, simple and helps reassure you if you feel like you’re losing your mind. I was able to take this to my doctor as well with the information from the app you download to record your results.

I gave it four stars because it really didn’t tell me anything so I guess I’ll have to buy another one. There was a line though, and it was really faint and I don’t know what that means so if you know this kind of stuff and how to use it then I would ask your Dr. if it works . Oh and by the way I don’t know what stage I’m in or have been in . I’ve asked my doctor time after time and I STILL DONT KNOW !! what I do know is I cannot take these hot flashes.

I had a heart attack and live in AZ, so that requires drinking quite a bit of water which seems to nullify these tests. I did get a pink line on the control portion, but there wasn't any result, though the urine was yellow. I also used a small cup and left the stick in for the recommended time and NOTHING! Now I am 59 and should be somewhere in the range, so I have to assume its just unable to read results when you HAVE to consume water to keep your blood volume peak. This was a waste of my $$ and will not be buying again
