Perfect for legs recover post runs
These ice packs are incredible! I am training for a half marathon and these ice packs are perfect for recovery! The straps are wonderful, I can make them very tight on my legs. The price was surprisingly low for how good the quality is. Wish I bought those sooner!

Great quality
I have big legs anyway but they’re extra large now with pregnancy swelling so I went with XL and they are a perfect fit. These ice packs are the only thing keeping me on my feet working in a hot restaurant. They stay cold for a decent amount of time considering the hot temperatures paired with the heat from my varicose veins.

Great product, especially since it Velcros around your leg!
Very happy with this purchase! Bought for my son as he was in the FD training academy. Came home with sore muscles every day. This product was perfect for legs, thighs, and he used it on his shoulders as well (obviously without velcro, but covered a large area). Very flexible and they held up over many uses!

Good ice pack
These ice packs work great for your legs. The cold doesn’t hold for a long time but they do work nice.

Great idea!!! I run a lot and these are so great to just pull out of the freezer, put on and still walk around!!! I use these a lot and are helping so much. I put them on and either elevate my legs or can move around with no ice bags dropping or moving around!

Shin splint ice packs
A must have for shin splint pain. They’re snug, comfortable, and cover my whole shin. They stay cold for the 20 on 20 off icing method. I look forward to these after working out.

great fit and they stay in place - wish they stayed cold longer
love how I can walk around with these on to help with sciatica nerve pain from having back surgery. I do wish they would stay cold longer (lasts about 45 minutes)

Great Full-Coverage Calf Ice Packs
These work really well. I have the XL version, and it wraps completely around my calf with no gaps. The Velcro straps are a big plus—you can adjust them as tight or as loose as you want, so getting the right fit is easy. I’ve only used them as ice packs so far, and they’ve been great for cooling and relief. I haven’t tried heating them up yet, but based on the build and feel, I’m sure they’ll work just as well for warmth. Simple to use, easy to adjust, and definitely worth the purchase
