Unfortunately, this controller does not work on Xbox... You can use it for a little while but then the console blocks the device. Honestly, it's an awesome controller, comfortable, bright, has grip buttons, colorful light patterns. While it does take a USB port, it's still wireless. It sucks, because the controller is really fun to use.

Product looks good and feels good. Seems to work as started. Did the update today jan 27 24 and as soon and i plug it into my xbox it says its unauthorized and will not work after feb 10. When the next update comes out and i can use it after feb 10 ill leave 5 stars Update- avery has been extremely helpful. Customer support is really good. 5 stars. As he said you may still get the error message after the update. Controller works really well

So, my little entrepreneur-in-the-making decided to splurge his allowance on this gadget, thinking it would be the coolest thing since sliced bread. But boy, was he in for a reality check! After a mere month, he sheepishly admits that it's as reliable as a politician's promise—buttons sticking, connection issues, and plastic cheaper than a dollar store toy. I tried to salvage the situation by returning it, but alas, missed the return window faster than a cheetah on espresso. When he confessed, fearing my wrath, I couldn't help but chuckle. We've all fallen for a lemon once or twice, right? But seeing his disappointment was like watching a unicorn cry glitter tears. Off we went to upgrade him to a Microsoft masterpiece, and now he's grinning like a Cheshire cat. Lesson learned: sometimes you gotta kiss a few frogs before finding your prince, or in this case, a decent gadget. If only the manufacturers cared as much about quality as my kid does about his tech.

UPDATE: The seller reached out to me with instructions that led to the successful installation of the necessary update. All is well. I have tried repeatedly to perform the upgrade exactly the way it is shown in the instructional video, but when I run the program, then press the button on the dongle and insert it into my Computer's USB port, I hear a beep from the PC saying it detected a new device, then another beep saying nah. Meanwhile, the dongle keeps blinking steadily, but the program doesn't ever detect it. So, it's basically unusable, which is a shame. I'm hoping the seller will reach out to me and help me rectify this issue.

** correction, the company reached out to me and worked with me to fix the problem. They refunded my money even after the due date. Thank you so much you made my son year. *My son saved his Hard earned money to buy this controller and he has had it only a month and it just quit working. The return window has closed and he is out the money that he saved.. and it’s even beginning to say unauthorized to his Xbox.

The USB that came with the controller to connect to the console died in two days. Without that, you cannot use the controller.

Not even two weeks with the controller that we got my son for his birthday, and he can’t use it because it is “unauthorized”. Cannot connect the controller to even trouble shoot. Returning as soon as I can.

Honestly this controller exceeded my expectations. It showed up within 12 hours of ordering, RGB lights have multiple settings to really personalize. Vibration feature is super immersive and the controller itself feels super comfortable in my hands. Love it! Will probably order another one my girlfriend wants her own now LOL
