Roti is often broken and no demo for configuration was arranged. Waste of money. Not recommended at all. Amazon should stop listing these products . Payment mode selected was no cost emi, however Amazon has charged me in one ho.

Very good equipment for making roti-on-demand. Very easy to operate especially for the ealderly people. I used medium softness which is fine for us. The Softest option makes the dough too sticky for the hotplate handles and create a mess (once, even part of the flattened dough moved inside sticking with the handle, better to avoid that option). Cleaning the kneader is a little tricky. I could not seperate the kneader from the kneading cup (the plastic locking notch between the two is hard, hence didnot press hard fearing breakage of the notch), so washed them together which is not so easy (trying to figure it out). For cleaning the hot plate, it would be easier with a mini vacuum cleaner, to prevent accidental movement of the atta-dust in the inside chamber of the machine. However, a damp cloth would be fine as well. Overall it is a good buy. I have few suggestions for Wonderchef to consider for additional software features (keeping the existing hardware unchanged) 1) Sandwich preparation (keeping the kneader section off, only using the hotplate active). 2) Poori preparation (heater remains off, dough is prepared and flattened and ejected for frying separately).

Not proper item and parts and materials not working, damage item.

writing this review after 5-6 month of use. TOTALLY waste of money. starting from 1 st month, machine breakdown on 2nd week of purchase on the same day we book compliant and got call from customer care team after 4-5 days, then engineer visit and check and as part is not available with him they take another week to install that part. after 15-20 days machine start working again. same happened after one month, repeat 15 days repair time. till today happening same issue every month. as per engineer we can make only 5-6 roti day that much capacity machine has as per engineer ,we making 12-13 roti's on lunch and 10-12 on dinner 25 roti day that's y machine not working properly. but they no mention this any ware in website. not recommend this machine totally waste of money.
