Rust-Oleum 376870 Stops Rust Custom Spray 5-in-1 Spray Paint, 12 oz, Satin White, (Pack of 1)

Ordered the (2) Pack of this Rust-Oleum Gloss Sand Color - 12oz Cans - Spray Paint - Rust Resistant - for the front Grill & Wheels on my Ditch Witch 2300 Trenching Machine. Have been restoring my old 2300 trencher machine and painting it. I searched far and wide for a good paint and a paint that either matched or come very close to the OEM color of my machine. Most of the local stores didn't have the color I wanted/needed, so I started shopping online for the right color, and finally saw this Rust-Oleum gloss spray paint in the 12oz cans. After matching my colors up with it and reading/seeing it comes with a nice variety spray dial, I placed my order for the (2) pack. This was almost a perfect match to my old OEM color. I really like the new upgraded spray dial as it has the vertical spray pattern just like a professional spray gun. It goes/sprays very evenly and lays down so smooth. It sticks very well to the steel grill and wheels on my machine. Love the nice glossy shine that it leaves when it dries. These cans were easy to use. Sort of made me feel like a "professional" when finished. It has good solid pigment in the paint material and covers good, and finishes up to a nice shinny finish. I painted the grill and wheels outside and beside my shop as it does have a loud smell just when spraying, but in (5) minutes, it's all gone and no smell after it dries that I've noticed. I will be using more of this paint in the future as it works great and I'm just crazy over the new spray dial as it gives one multiple choices of spray patterns. Happy with order

I love the color Great quality drys fast

Excellent protection for outdoor furniture etc. I have some antique wire mesh patio furniture that my mom and dad had made back in the 1940s. This is solid stuff. I take really good care of it. It means a lot to me. But I've been trying to find a paint that has almost like a plastic top coat effect. Everything I've tried still leaves stain marks after leaves and stuff from the trees lay on it. Especially the coffee table. So.. I gave this a try and it is absolutely AMAZING. What a transformation. It looked like it had a protective plastic coating baked on. Super high gloss. The nozzle is fantastic! LOVE the different settings. My second can clogged, (my fault. Make sure you wipe the nozzle when you're done for the day) I got in touch with the company and they sent me six cans to make up for it. Wonderful customer service, great great product... I even sprayed a tattered old wooden glider. It looked like new. That was 8 months ago and the finish is still perfect. See the pictures I took today. I'm ordering some more today. I can't say enough positive things about this product. Thank you folks at Rust-Oleum.

I am a big repurposer and Crafter so I have a lot of experience with spray paint. I gave this four stars because though it was nice to have a multiple spray nozzle, I am use to spray paint drying within at least a couple of hours this took a very very long time to dry it was a little frustrating and a little surprising. It is a good quality paint, thicker maybe that is why. Just be aware when you're buying it it probably will need about 10 to 12 hours to really completely dry

Works great several size nozzles

Hey, I've got an old mower. Craftsman DYT 4000 from the early 2000s. Works great, but she lost some luster and was getting light rust. Regal Red is MUCH closer than Sunrise Red for this mower. Is it a perfect match, no. But I had a handful of reds in my garage and this one won't make the neighbors laugh at you. If you do every panel, nobody will notice. I suggest about 400+ grit sandpaper unless you wanna see scratches. I did two coats over 200 grit. Turned out pretty good, but one good coat over 400 would have been easier. It painted as expected. Heavy enough for good gloss and coverage, and a few slight runs. Rub some dirt on it and ignore.

I used the spray can twice and turned it upside down to clear any paint in the nozzle after use. When I used it again a few days later, I selected the nozzle for restricted flow, this time the paint didn’t spray out but dripped out all over my hand and unfortunately all over what I was about to paint. The multi select nozzle does not work as advertised.
