Pure Frankincense oil for muscle/joint pain.
I mix two or three droppers (halfway full) into about 4 ounces of a carrier oil and apply to painful joints and muscles. In most cases, I have a noticeable relief of pain very quickly. (May not work on nerve pain such as sciatica or some neuropathy, but does great on sore muscles or inflamed joints.) Some folks complain of a strong odor, but I've found that only with the Premium grade oil and not the therapeutic grade.

This has help me a lot with knee pain and toe surgery. But I did have a rash on my knees just waiting to go away and continue the use. Does work well for pain.
