The Moyu RS3M V5 SE Ball Core UV Coated is an outstanding speedcube that offers incredible performance for its price. Right out of the box, the turning is very smooth, fast, and controllable. The ball core provides strong, consistent magnet positioning, which makes each turn feel stable and precise. The UV coating adds a premium feel and improves grip, making the cube easier to control during fast solves. Corner cutting is excellent, and the cube handles quick algorithms without locking up. It feels very light, responsive, and comfortable to solve on for long practice sessions. I would highly recommend it to both beginners looking to upgrade and experienced cubers who want a fast, reliable main cube.

For the price point, this cube is GOOD. Fast, responsive, cuts corners well, is super nice with the magnets, and can be adjusted. You'll love this cube. And if you need more speed you can always add lube. I dont personally need those extreme speeds.

I know what you're thinking. It's a chinese knockoff cube, it can't be as good as the name brand. It's not. It's way better. I've been cubing for years, trust me, this is the only cube I buy for beginners anymore. Right out of the box, it's stellar. It turns fluidly and easily, which is something that can't be said for the name brand cube. The hidden magnets inside make for really positive engagement on turns which can be really helpful for beginners. You don't have to know if you've lined it up for the next twist, the cube lines itself up as soon as you're close. There's no stickers to wear out and the cube is really tight and well constructed to last a literal lifetime. Again, the same can't be said about the name brand model. The best part though is that this is really a speedcube. It's got a lot of adjustability and is designed to come apart if you need to take it apart. Most cubers just learn to solve the cube and say "good enough" and this cube functions perfectly for that. Others will want to go further and figure out how to do the sub 30 second solves. Usually, they'll need to buy a new speedcube -- which aren't always good for beginners due to their looseness. With this cube, they can continue no matter where their cubing journey takes them. It's really just about the perfect cube.

I was very new to cubing when I purchased this pup, and boy oh boy was it worth it! I was looking for a very specific type of cube and this was pretty much it. Limited customization, no exposed magnets, and an absolutely wicked experience out of the box. Yes, there are definitely “much better” speed cubes out there, but this is one of THE BEST bangs for your buck.

A friend of mine got into Rubik’s cubes recently. I wanted to give him a better cube since I had been a speedcuber in high school. When I was last in the community, the Dayan Zanchi was the be-all-end-all of cubing technology. Turns out we were terribly wrong. This relatively cheap cube is leagues ahead of my Zanchi. I can easily recommend this cube to anyone who wants a nice, fast, and snappy cuing experience without spending a fortune.

Good cube, especially for the price. Definitely good for beginners and looks good. Easily moves, good corner cutting, and pretty sturdy.

This maglev, ball-core, UV version feels somewhat dry out of box. I just added 3 drops of Lubicle Speedy, which smoothed everything out. It made the cube more controlled and got rid of the dry feeling and sound. For this price range, it’s an excellent cube. Why spend double or triple for other cubes that have these features? Pros: Maglev Ball-Core UV Auto-alignment Cons: Somewhat dry out of box (not really a con, because you can add a few drops of lubricant)

The MoYu RS3M is a fantastic cube for sub-25 second solvers. It's smooth, fast, and easy to control, making it perfect for improving speed and accuracy. Its magnetic design helps with stability, giving me confidence during fast solves. Great value for intermediate cubers!
