Easy to use
Easy to mix with the recommended screed plus easy to spread. Good quality for the money. Looks good

Latex screed mix
Excellent product, mixes quickly and smoothly with the compound, easy to mix, easy to apply, starts to dry in about 4 hours, so cures quickly. Leaves a smooth finish when dry, doesn't need much, if any towelling. Superb!
