Brilliant for timing training sets
I've just started running again after an op and this is perfect for timing my running vs walking sets. Just focus on the running and let the timer tell you when to change from run to walk and back. Brilliant bit of kit.

Easy to use and water resistant. Don't drop it though or you'll need a new one like I did.

Treat it as disposable, it will more than likely need replaced in 2 years
The item is easy to use and is pretty unique in the interval timing field. But the simplistic build quality is rubbish, the shutter mechanism on the back is a manual muffler. It seems to expose the watch to moisture. My first gymboss plus lasted less than 2 years. Once the timer malfunctions, if the reset doesn’t work, then it has to be scrapped and replaced. Due to the build quality I recommend getting the cheapest version. So it is cheaper to replace.My timer has never been exposed to heavy rain, the claims that it is more waterproof, is a strange statement… in comparison to what. Great when it’s working, really inconvenient when it stops. Treat it as a disposable item that will more than likely need replaced in 2 years.
