First impressions are that I am really impressed by this brand. It took me a LONG time to choose a collagen supplement as it feels like the market is flooded with them and it can get very confusing. I discovered Heal U before it was initially released and my immediate impression is that it has been created by someone who genuinely cares about creating a product to help people rather than mass produced, over advertised rubbish so many are hoodwinked into purchasing. For me it ticks all the boxes; what it contains, how it tastes, right down to the packaging being environmentally friendly. Supporting a small business is also an added bonus. I'm also impressed with the price given that it's a much better quality product than many other more expensive brands. Meaning I can easily keep up with regular use. I was pleased to see the product has been packaged very well, given that it comes in a glass bottle, I had my concerns. But the full recyclable packaging kept it safe in transit. The taste and texture of this product is absolutely delightful and the mini personalised measuring cup is such a lovely touch. I'm excited to encorporate this into my daily routine and very excited to see what results it yields. I'll update this review in a few weeks/months with hopefully an honest account of the changes I notice. For anyone who, like me, has been overwhelmed with the choice out there with regards to collagen, I highly recommend stopping right here and trying this brand. **UPDATE #1** Well I've come to the end of my first bottle and I'm pleasantly surprised to see some results already. I'm noticing my nails are in MUCH better condition! I have always had white marks on my nails and they've been pretty knackered of late due to my awful habit of picking off my gel polish. But today I noticed that almost all of the white marks have gone and my nails are strong, smooth and shiny. Being a hairdresser and having my hands in water and chemicals a lot, they have never been in such good condition. Really impressed and I am thoroughly enjoying taking this every day. **UPDATE #2** I am just coming to the end of my 4th bottle marking around 2 months since I started regular daily use of this supplement and oh my gosh, what a difference this has made to my life! A very surprising change has been my menstrual cycle. Since having my 2nd baby via c-section my periods have been heavier and much more painful, particularly on the first 2 days. The first period I had after starting this product I honestly kept forgetting it was that time of the month, absolutely zero pain. I thought it might be a fluke but here I am again a month later with no cramping in my pelvic floor that I was struggling with so much. As well as that, since having both my babies, I have struggled with my hips/groin area. If I had gone on a long walk or (forgive the tmi) but if my legs had been in a somewhat unnatural position for any length of time, walking would be very uncomfortable the next day. I haven't noticed that pain for a while so I'm taking that as another positive win. Simply thrilled with what thus product is doing for me.

This is the best collagen that I’ve taken in the 3 years of me taking collagen. It tastes delicious and is super easy to take. My hair is a lot thicker and has grown loads. My skin looks more youthful and my joints don’t hurt as much. Would highly recommend 😁

I was so pleasantly surprised by this product and I highly recommend it. Firstly, can we take a moment for the bottle and packaging! It’s so beautiful and you can tell it’s been designed with love. The bottle feels well made and the lid opened with ease. The measuring cup is a nice touch. It’s very good quality and is easy to clean. The liquid collagen was easy to pour and I had no issues with drips down the side. It’s a lovely consistency (thick but not too thick) and looks appetising. Regarding the taste: It was delicious! I can be very picky but this is perfect. It’s not too sweet and has a pleasant fruity taste that’s not too over powering. There is no fishy taste to it and it doesn’t leave a nasty taste in your mouth which is a first for health supplements! You can really taste the watermelon first, then the apple and mint. It’s actually enjoyable to drink. I have a very sensitive stomach and have had no issues with it at all. I will come back to update my review on any benefits I see after taking it for 16 days. But so far I am thoroughly impressed, so wanted to leave my initial thoughts. In my eyes this product is far superior to others available on the market and I love that it’s also made in the UK. This is the first time I’ve actually enjoyed taking a health supplement every morning! UPDATE AFTER FIRST BOTTLE (16 days): I continue to be thoroughly impressed! After 16 days the first change I noticed was how soft my skin felt. I have very dry skin so it’s lovely to feel smooth and noticeably softer all over. I’ve also found my makeup seems to be going on much better and at the end of a long day, my skin still looks bright and refreshed. I have a few dry patches on my face and they seem to be improving and makeup sits better over them. I’ve also noticed my nails starting to feel stronger. I have recommended this product to all my friends and family as it’s truly brilliant! I will definitely be ordering more to continue seeing improvements, as this is the most I have ever noticed from a health supplement.

Easy to take esp if you like fruity taste and doesn't leave bad aftertaste as some other collagens have done. Second bottle and I can see a visible difference in my baby hairs regrowing and my hair feels healthier to touch. Lovely product, will continue to buy, its also a reasonable price for what the amount of collagen per day

Love this collagen, I’ve bought a restock again because of the results I’ve seen! Skin is glowing, seeing way less hair shedding in shower & when I brush my hair, feel stronger and energised everyday! Also it helps that it actually tastes good, unlike others on the market - got all my family on HealU too ⭐️

I got this as I was fed up with the sachets which are expensive & annoying. Now take this as a shot in the AM, it's so much easier & actually tastes good. It's hard to find decent strength collagen which works! I've now subscribed and looking forward to the ongoing results. Highly recommend!
