Tastes great. I use it during long workouts, for hangovers, or just to stay hydrated. The powder is way cheaper than the bottles, and I buy it again every time I run out.

These are great tasting, work well with hydrating. They have only40 calories and only 10 grams of sugar. I would have rated a 5 star however, the last 2 times I have purchased the packaging has arrived destroyed. They insist on packing them in with other items that are heavy and it completely destroys the box. See picture.

The bottled version is better but these work for on the go!!

Electrolit Powder packs are delicious! They are not too sweet and are really refreshing during workouts, or even yardwork. Anytime a little extra hydration is needed, it comes in handy.
